While
our workshop programs and publications are widely used, we have
extensive experience in the original development of programs
and materials for a wide variety of organizations; consulting
in areas associated with career development and performance development, and training corporate
trainers in the delivery of career management programs.
Our
capabilities include full in-house workshop program and materials
design and development, writing, editing, book design, and print
preparation. We manage projects through to final publication,
or provide camera-ready copy where desired.
Competency
Based Processes
Our
experience also extends to the entire process for the creation
and implementation of competency-based individual development
planning, including interviews for the determination of competencies,
preparation of competency descriptions, the development of assessment
tools for gap analysis, the use of competency descriptions in
hiring processes and job descriptions, the writing of development
activities associated with specific competencies, and the creation
and delivery of development and coaching workshops for employees
and managers.
