MANAGER/EMPLOYEE INTERACTION

Managers and employees meet and discuss the Performance Appraisal, Competency Assessment (if available), and the results of the Long-Range Development Process. Operational, Strength-Based Stretch Development Goals and Long-Range Development & Career Goals are discussed. Subsequent meetings are held to discuss the individual's Integrated Development Plan as it is drafted.
