Coaching With Career Drivers™ — Online Seminar
After managers complete the Career Drivers™ seminar, they can participate in this 45-minute session that explores the role of Career Drivers™ in understanding appropriate development strategies for employees. The seminar prepares managers for development conversations with employees that support both employee engagement and the manager's needs.While the Career Drivers™ seminar provides managers with a detailed understanding of the Drivers, this coaching seminar underlines the relationship of each Driver to the kind of development that would serve both the employees' development needs and the manager's functional needs for the department and for the organization as a whole. In addition, managers begin to master the role of both the primary and the secondary Drivers in the development process.
