As people approach retirement, difficult questions surface: What kind of lifestyle will I have after I retire? How can I build the largest possible retirement fund? Additionally, meeting the challenge of continued contribution to the organization becomes an issue. Many employees are not sufficiently well-informed about managing their pension benefits during their tenure in the company and after retirement. These and other important issues are addressed in a two-day workshop for people 5-10 years from retirement. Spouses are encouraged to attend and participate in the lifestyle and planning exercises.
