Motivated Development™ for Managers — Online Seminar

Following the Coaching With Career Drivers™ seminar, managers participate in this 75-minute session that provides training in effective communication with employees about their motivation and development needs, as well as the needs of the department and the organization — particularly in relation to the employee's proposed development project.

Managers learn to evaluate development projects brought to them by employees. The conversation is structured around:

• Does the development project make a useful contribution to the manager, the department, and/or the organization?
• Is the work required in the project consistent with the employee's Career Drivers™/motivation?
• Is the project feasible and can it be completed in the time-frame proposed by the employee?
• Will the project provide real and useful development for the employee?
