You have already targeted a specific assignment or job in your organization. You want to know how to best develop yourself to reach your goals. If this reflects your situation, here is how you might use DevelopmentWorks.

As you enter DevelopmentWorks, you will start by choosing PD for Professional Development.

If you have a clear idea of your goals and know what you want, you can go right to the Development Planner and start working.

You start your plan with an effective target / goal statement. This planner allows you to focus on three major targets and lets you go into as much detail as you need in the Development Activities and Actions Steps fields.
