Introduction
We are pleased to offer a series of webinars on any schedule that
works effectively for your employees. We have developed a sophisticated
capability in delivering webinars that includes the following
functionality:
- The ability to display full web pages, PowerPoint® presentations,
or the moderator’s screen with any running applications.
- Fully interactive voice communications over the phone.

The ability for the moderator to control a participant’s
computer or for a participant to control the moderator’s
computer.
- Ability for participants to “raise their hands” to
ask questions over the phone, or to type in comments or questions
directly to the moderator.

Ability to take polls, have the participants answer multiple-choice
questions, and display results immediately on the participants’ displays.
- Ability to send email invitations to attend a webinar, including
course description, and detailed instructions on logging in over
the web, connecting via phone, etc.
We have found these webinars to be as close to a real workshop
environment as it is possible to achieve online. In addition, they
can be conducted with employees at multiple locations at the same
time and will provide a significant saving in expenses for travel,
food, lodging, workshop room rental, and participant and instructor
time over face-to-face workshops. Also, significantly more participants
can be accommodated in a webinar at one time than in a workshop,
further maximizing the cost-effectiveness of providing the training.
