  • Wrote the Trainer's Guide and participant materials for a highly customized one-day workshop "Managing Your Career With Power.™"
  • Supervised the translation of all materials into French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch.
  • Provided camera-ready copy of all materials for Dow printing services in multiple languages.
  • Trained Dow trainers in the delivery of the program in North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Licensed the program for 10,000 employees.
  • Extended the license to the use of DevelopmentWorks® on the Web for employees who could not attend workshops.
